HIPS for Northern Ireland
There are no plans to introduce Home Information Packs to Northern Ireland. However Energy Performance Certificates will be rolled out inline with the rest of Europe during 2008. The timetable is:
- New builds from 30 June 2008
- Sales end 2008
- Rentals Jan 2009
