HIP Index
The HIP Index is a list of contents of the Home Information Pack. It is the first document within the HIP. The Home information pack index must include:
- The title 'Home Information Pack'
- Contain the address of the property
- Contain a list of all documents contained in the HIP
- Be revised whenever a document is added or removed
- If a mandatory document is missing, specify the document and reason it is missing
