If a property is a leasehold property then a copy of the lease is required to be included in the Home Information Pack The lease can be either the Official copy from the Land Registry, a true copy of the original lease, or if these are not available an edited form held by the Land Registry.

Other documents are to be included if the seller has them in their possession or can obtain the documents include any rules or regulations, statements for service charges, most recent payment to landlord.
