HIP Code
HIP Code
The HIP Code is owned and maintained by the Association of HIP Provides, AHIPP A HIP Provider can subscribe to the HIP Code and not be a member of AHIPP. It is not compulsory for a HIP Provider to join the HIP Code or AHIPP.
If a HIP Provider is a member of the HIP Code then the consumer has a formal procedure to complain about a HIP Provider if things go wrong.
